Zu den Pflichten des Ausrichters zählen u.a.:

Gestaltung und Produktion eines Einladungsformulars, inklusive Anmeldecontrolling

Organisation und Kostenübernahme von Zimmern für teilnehmende Teams (2 Einzelzimmer für 3 Nächte) und das Organisationsteam

Bereitstellung eines Wettkampfareals (300m) mit 2 Gleisen, inkl. zwei Straßenbahnen

Organisation und Kostenübernahme des Events, inkl. Personal für Bahnbetrieb und Wettkämpfe, Organisation der Driver`s Welcome Party und des Driver`s Dinner, Catering, Kamera- und Übertragungstechnik.

Das Team der TRAM-EM unterstützt Sie bei Umsetzung gern mit der Erfahrung aus 10 erfolgreichen Meisterschaften.

The host obligations include:

Design and production of an invitation form, including registration controlling

Organization and assumption of costs for rooms for participating teams (2 single rooms for 3 nights) and the organizational team.

Provision of a competition area (300m) with two tracks, incl. two trams

Organization and assumption of costs for the event, including staff for track operations and competitions, organization of the Driver's Welcome Party and the Driver's Dinner, catering, camera and transmission technology.

The TRAM-EM team will be delighted to support you with the experience of 10 successful championships.
